Madrassah Project, Shibam Road, Hutaib Mubarak, Haraz, Yemen
As part of a major education programme in the Haraz area of Yemen, the educational methodology of this madrassah will be modeled on the Al Jamea-tus-Saifiyah programme. It will have good viable planning and internal and external atmosphere to enhance learning and education of the young generation in Haraz, Yemen.
This project has been planned and construction is to begin soon. The building comprises of 3 floors set on the edge of a hill with views out towards the hills of Haraz. Each floor will have 2 sky lit garden courtyard with class rooms and facilities surrounding these courtyards. It is also proposed that in the garden spaces outside students will be trained on how to grow coffee and fruits viable to Yemen as an integral part of their education.
